New cure for sore throat Friday, Jan 6 2012

New cure for sore throat… for colds and flu with sore throat

Dentyne Fire cinnamon gum: chewing 1 piece… relieves the pain of a sore throat.

Medicinal properties of cinnamon: anti-microbial (anti-bacterial and anti-viral) and anti-inflammatory
For pain and inflammation. Good for headaches.
Lowers blood sugar, and dissolves plaque in arteries.

NB – Not recommended during pregnancy

NB2 – Dentyne Ice peppermint gum (menthol)… did not stop the pain of sore throat

Ice-cream is good for cancer patients… Tuesday, Dec 7 2010

Ice-cream is good for cancer patients because it contains carrageenan (seaweed gelatin). Carrageenan is essential for the prevention and treatment of cancer.
Carrageenan is anti-cancer… it increases immune function, and the increased WBC destroy cancer cells. It can help prevent the formation of cancer and tumours, and may help reduce cancer.

Gelatin increases stem cell production… increases the growth of normal cells (not cancer cells). Gelatin repairs tissue and organ damage, and repairs chemotherapy damage.

With ice-cream (2 balls per day), emaciated patients return to normal weight. Return to health and normal weight, within 1-2 months. Makes you feel strong and healthy again.
Gelatin works better when ingested 1/2 hour before meal or 2 hours after a meal… because it goes directly into the bloodstream (between meals).

Seaweed gelatin is more substantial, and works better than animal gelatin.
Good for all diseases and injuries, including cancer. Also good for severe weight loss caused by starvation.

There is no need for stem cell transplants which can be unsafe and ineffective.
The body produces its own stem cells with protein and gelatin.
Seaweed gelatin increases stem cell production… within all tissue and organs. Improves health of the whole body.
Gelatin may also improve vision.

NB – Those with female cancers (estrogen-dependent), need to avoid plant-estrogens found in corn soy and flax products. Soy increases growth of cancer cells, and causes cancer pain. Many meal replacements contain soy protein, except some diabetic formulas. READ LABELS.
Ice-cream contains more carrageenan than Meal replacements/supplements. Both can be used the same day, as needed.

NB2 – Ice cream is also good for pain and inflammation. Good for headaches… stops the pain.

NB3 – Cancer patients also need to avoid steroids (growth hormones) in meat and dairy products. And need to avoid detergents and air freshners… contain estrogenic chemicals (high hormone)… increases growth of cancer (like steroids).

Chemical Sensitivity Saturday, May 22 2010

Chemical sensitivity (chemical allergies) is not a mystery ailment. It is chemical intolerance caused by chemical damage of the whole body… tissue and organs. And it is not something new.
Human beings have suffered from chemical exposure and smoke inhalation since cavemen started playing with fire. Vikings had indoor cooking fires, and suffered from smoke inhalation. It caused heart and lung damage.
Today, wood smoke from wood stoves and fireplaces is still causing harm. Wood smoke is 40 times worse than cigarette smoke, and it causes heart disease and other diseases.

Severe inflammation damage can be caused by an overdose of strong chemicals or chronic low-level exposure.
Causes damage similar to mustard gas attack WWI. Gas victims had sensitive brain tissue and suffered severe headaches for the rest of their lives.

Indoor air pollution is like living in a gas chamber… you cant breathe. Burns your throat and lungs. And causes headaches.

Everyone is harmed by airborne chemicals… from cleaning products and disinfectants (gaseous fumes). Strong chemicals cause inflammation (chemical burn) and disease.
Fumes, gas and wood smoke burn the throat and lungs, enter the bloodstream and inflame all tissue and organs.
Causes inflamed and swollen organs. Can cause inflammation and swelling of the heart lungs and brain. And LOC loss of consciousness.

Because we live in a chemical world, everyone has some internal inflammation caused by chemicals.
On days when you don’t feel well, it could be caused by chemical exposure. Makes you feel sick, like the flu. Chemical flu… for 2 days.

ADR Adverse Drug Reactions are strong chemical reactions that occur within the body… in the blood and organs. Inflames tissue and organs. Can cause severe heart damage, liver and kidney damage.
Causes chemical damage (chemical burn), and causes sensitive organs and chemical intolerance. It can cause chemical allergies and chemical sensitivity.

After ADR (severe drug reactions), the whole body becomes chemical sensitive. All tissue and organs are chemical sensitive. More noticeable in the heart lungs and brain.
Inflammation and swelling of the brain. Chemical fumes, gas and smoke makes you feel sick. More easily overcome by fumes… causes headaches and nausea, and dizziness. And makes you feel drunk… like intoxicated.
Scented products, air freshners and perfumes also make you feel unwell.

Treatment: Treat the inflammation. And try to avoid airborne chemicals… and your health will improve.
Use alkaline foods (non-irritating)… like honey oatmeal ice-cream and tea.
Use foods herbs spices for the inflammation. And can use natural remedies… like slippery elm.
Use chocolate after meals and drinks… and before bed.
The last thing you ate determines how you feel.
_______________________________________________________________________________________
Anyone can become chemical sensitive. It can happen anytime… at any age.
More than 20% of the population is chemical sensitive. The exact numbers are not known perhaps because there are few records and the numbers are not made public.

Anyone with inflamed organs and a disease… is chemical sensitive (less able to tolerate chemicals). Those with heart and lung disease are chemical sensitive. Chemical fumes and wood smoke cause heart and lung pain. And patients with Alzheimers and Parkinsons disease are very chemical sensitive… they can be overcome by fumes and pass out. Can be found unconscious.

The sick and elderly need to avoid airborne chemicals. Harsh chemicals and wood smoke increase disease… and decrease longevity.

For health, everyone needs safe food air and water… with no chemicals.
Chlorine and fluoride in drinking water also contribute to disease.
Chemicals cause inflammation and disease, including heart disease and cancer.

Inflammation of the heart causes low blood pressure and dizziness.
Chronic chemical exposure causes heart and lung damage… and decreases longevity.

Natural Heart Care Thursday, May 20 2010

Natural heart care: to prevent and reverse heart disease, without the use of Rx drugs.

Whole foods and gelatin. And seaweed gelatin (agar and carrageenan)… found in ice-cream yogourt canned milk and Ensure meal replacements .
Use natural foods, and organic foods. And less processed foods.

Try to avoid food additives (chemical additives), sulphites in dried fruit, nitrites in meats, meat tenderizers (sodium phosphates) and bread tenderizers (soft breads).
Avoid hydrogenated oils in margarine, shortening, peanut butter and
in processed foods.

NATURAL HEART REMEDIES

For plaque in arteries: use Aged garlic extract [Kyolic brand]. For 2-3 weeks.
In most cases, by-pass surgery is not necessary.

For inflamed and enlarged heart: Hawthorn tea and Slippery Elm.
And Honey 2-3x per day.
After meals and snacks/drinks. And before bed. Use cocoa or chocolate, and
oatmilk or raw oatmeal.

For irregular heartbeat: Peppermint-Basil-peanut-and-cocoa.
Peppermint can revive the heart, like smelling salts.
Peppermint essential oil (short sniff), then sniff Basil essential oil.
Then, eat 1-2 unsalted peanuts, and
then eat 1 piece of dark chocolate. And the heart remains stable.

Another remedy: Red pepper flakes and cocoa. Short sniff of Red Pepper (cayenne).
Then have some chocolate, to decrease heart rate.

TO REGULATE HEART RATE: Coffee and cocoa.
Use coffee first. And, then use cocoa, to decrease heart rate.

Dose of coffee: 1 tsp instant coffee (measuring spoon). In 1/2 cup of warm water.
Dose of cocoa: 1 tsp of pure cocoa. In 1/2 cup of warm water. Stir and drink it down,
like medicine. Or, 1 piece of Dark chocolate.

Also good for cramped heart; a cramp in the heart: coffee and cocoa (as above).
But 1/4-1/2 tsp of coffee may be enough.
The coffee increases heart rate, and de-cramps the heart muscle. And then use cocoa
to slow the heart. And the heart remains stable.

HEART CARE, after heart failure: Bland diet, with no spices. Like hospital food.
No acidic food. No soft drinks and fruit juices. No alcoholic drinks. No vinegar
and no soda/baking powder. And, no chemical additives.

Avoid foods that contain DE digestive enzymes: pineapple-papaya-mango-mange-citrus fruits-strawberries-kiwi-grapes-ginger-mustard-coriander-aloe vera-etc.
When the heart is very weak, Pineapple Juice can cause heart failure.
Also avoid shampoos lotions and perfumes that contain the above foods (plant extracts).

Avoid soft drinks and fruit juices. Including apple juice: contains ascorbic acid and citric acid. Concentrated vitamin C is too strong for a weak heart.
If you make a mistake, the problem can be corrected with chocolate. Cocoa neutralizes ascorbic acid and citric acid.

After 2 weeks, a fresh apple is OK. A mild variety like Delicious (less acidic).
Followed by chocolate. Or aged cheddar cheese to decrease the acidity of the blood.
Salty food should be followed by 1 tsp of sugar or Honey, to neutralize the salt.
That is probably the reason why we need a sweet desert, after salty meals.

AIRBORNE CHEMICALS cause inflammation of the heart and lungs. Chemical burn causes
heart tissue damage. Chemicals cause heart pain. See category Chemical World.
Heart patients need to avoid airborne chemicals… especially industrial cleaning products (54% ammonia), disinfectants, chlorine bleach, scouring powders with chlorine (acid), drain cleaners, hair perms, paint fumes and diesel fumes.

And, we all need to avoid ADR adverse drug reactions, with Rx drugs antibiotics
and ibuprofen. Chemical reactions within the body, can cause severe heart damage
and kidney damage. And the whole body becomes chemical sensitive: all tissue and organs.

FOOD-DRUG INTERACTIONS: When using antibiotics and ibuprofen, avoid foods with DE digestive enzymes (see list of fruits above). Also, avoid Lact-Aid lactase invertase and digestive enzyme supplements. And, avoid chemical tenderizers (sodium phosphates) in processed meat and fish, bread, soups and broths, processed foods and snack foods.
Naturopaths can provide information about the cause of ADR adverse drug reactions. A naturopath said aloe vera reacts with Rx drugs.

The only antibiotics that do not react with chemicals in food are the penicillins and amoxicillin.

PLEASE NOTE: Before the use of the above heart remedies, consult a medical doctor.
Some doctors prescribe natural remedies. Naturopathy, TCM Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic Medicine can also be useful.

Food-Drug Interactions Thursday, May 20 2010

Grapefruit can cause drug reactions. But grapefruit is not the only fruit that reacts with drugs… other fruits with digestive enzymes also cause drug reactions:

pineapple-papaya-mango-mange-strawberries-kiwi-grapes-ginger-mustard-coriander-aloe vera-etc and citrus fruits: oranges lemons limes and grapefruit

Chemical additives can also cause drug reactions:
Meat tenderizers (sodium phosphates)… found in processed meat and fish… and in processed foods and snacks.
Bread tenderizers… in commercial bread (soft breads)
Lact-Aid… lactase
Lactase lipase invertase etc… and digestive enzyme supplements

Digestive enzymes and chemical tenderizers cause drug reactions… ADR Adverse Drug Reactions… strong chemical reactions that cause tissue and organ damage.
Can cause severe heart damage… and also liver and kidney damage (chemical burn).

The above foods and chemical additives can cause ADR adverse drug reactions… with Rx drugs and antibiotics (except penicillin and amoxicillin)… and ibuprofen.

When you have a severe drug reaction, you need to see a medical doctor.
Because it makes you sick… very sick.

___________________________________________________________________________
Example 1: quinlones react with pineapple, and possibly other foods with DE digestive enzymes. Causes inflamed enlarged heart (severe heart damage).
Example 2: ibuprofen + meat tenderizer (sodium phosphate) in tuna, French Fries and potato chips etc = causes heart damage… severe chemical burn… the heart feels like it has been fried in a frying pan

Treatment:
Can use Apple Juice to stop drug reactions… or vitamin C ascorbic acid

Treatment for inflammation (chemical burn):
For severe inflammation… use honey oatmeal slippery-elm and tea… twice daily
To repair organ damage… use extra protein and ice-cream (contains carrageenan).

After meals and before bed… use oat milk… and cocoa or chocolate
And you start to feel better within 1 month.

When using antibiotics and ibuprofen, you need to follow a bland diet to prevent drug reactions.

Living in a Chemical World 2 Monday, Apr 5 2010

We live in a anti-bacterial world… promoted by the antibacterial industry…
the chemical industry.

Since the 1990s, antimicrobial agents have been added to plastic and paper products. Also added to rubber. The “new smell” is caused by antibacterial chemicals.
The chemical residue causes indoor air pollution.
Chemical-coated products make the air stuffy, and less breathable.
Airborne chemicals cause inflammation… inflame tissue and organs. Inflame the heart lungs brain etc… and can cause swelling of the lungs and brain.

Antibacterial chemicals decrease immune function… like antibiotics.
And antimicrobial chemicals contain artificial hormones (estrogen) and are carcinogen.
Cause cancer, and increase the growth of cancer… like growth hormones and steroids.
Cause female reproductive cancers, breast cancer and other cancers.

Antimicrobial chemicals cause inflammation (chemical burn)… decrease immune function, and increase hormones in the bloodstream.
Inflammation damage, low immune function, and a high-level of hormones in the body… is the recipe for cancer.

Products in the home that can contain antimicrobial chemicals… and it is not written on the label:
1. plastic bags – most sandwich bags. baggies. garbage bags. shopping bags and plastic wraps
2. paper bags – lunch bags. grocery bags. cardboard boxes… and labels on products
3. plastic containers – buckets. wastebaskets. storage containers. tool box
4. plastic bottles – vitamin bottles. Rx pill bottles. Pill packs. Inhaled and ingested.
5. fabric – new clothes. towels. bedding. blankets. curtains. Need to be washed before use.
6. Jewelry – pearls necklaces rings bracelets earrings… since 1980s. Now use stronger chemicals.
7. Hair brushes – ponytail elastics. barrettes. mirrors
8. Toys dolls and sticker books
9. mattress covers (plastic)
10. furniture. lamps. and carpets – new carpets can be cleaned to neutralize the chemicals.
11. Drycleaning chemicals
12. cleaning equipment – sponges. scrubpads. brooms and mops. window scrapers
13. paper products – notebooks. some Facial tissues
14. office supplies – pens. binders
15. Books published in China… plastic cover and pages. Newspapers, and some magazines.
16. Liquid hand soaps Hand sanitizers and Dish detergents contain antibacterial chemicals (triclosan).
17. Products made in China. Are misted or fumigated with strong antibacterial chemicals.
Glass porcelain pottery and metal ojects can be washed with soap or dish detergent to remove the chemical coating.
18. some soapdishes made in USA. poss no chemicals added to the plastic, or milder chemicals.
19. Bath acessories: bath puffs, back brushs.
20. eye glass cases, pencil cases, make-up bags, jewelry boxes, wallets and handbags, lunchbags, and some travel bags
21. paper and plastic packaging
22. Rubber parts on pens, cameras, binoculars and e- readers can have added chemicals… antimicrobial agents.

Biocides (poison) applied to most products, like pesticides on apples. Including objects
handled by children (leaves chemical residue on their hands) and they put things in their mouths. The chemicals are inhaled ingested and absorbed by skin. Airborne chemicals cause dry throat, and can inflame throat and lungs.

Antibacterial chemicals are not safe. It causes indoor air pollution,
and causes harm. Harms the health of adults children and pets. Harms the sick and elderly.
It harms everyone… all creatures great and small.

The marketplace has become inundated with antimicrobial chemicals.
It started with garbage bags in the late 1990s… Glad kitchen garbage bags… and it spread to almost everything.
Probably for marketing reasons… the chemical industry has no conscience.

Living in a Chemical World Sunday, Apr 4 2010

We are living in a chemical world. And we are exposed to chemicals daily.
We need to beware of airborne chemicals: fumes, gas and smoke.
Fumes from cleaning products… and do not mix chemicals (creates gas).
Cigarette smoke, and wood smoke. And gasoline and diesel fumes.

Our homes need to be ventilated with an air exchange system
to reduce exposure to chemical fumes.
And it is best to not use chemical cleaning products… not daily.

A medical doctor on CNN (2002) said: Chemicals cause disease.
Chemicals cause tissue and organ damage. Chemicals cause inflammation and disease, and
can destroy your health.

An overdose of airborne chemicals can make you feel unwell.
Headache nausea and dizziness. Throat and lung pain. Increased heartrate.
Can cause swelling of the heart and lungs. And swelling of the brain.
You can be overcome by fumes. Walking becomes difficult, and
can make you stagger like a drunken person. And you can pass out.
Can be followed by coma and death.

Detergents: Dish detergents, Laundry detergents, air freshners, antibacterial chemicals in plastic bags.
Detergents and other scented products contain carcinogens: estrogenic-chemicals that increase growth of cancer. All of the above products are contraindicated for cancer patients.
Air freshners are high-hormone and may cause lung cancer and other cancers.
Laundry detergents (scented) contain hormones and may cause skin cancer.
KIRKLAND Ultra Free and Clear Laundry Detergent… for sensitive skin… is safe for everyone. And is safe for cancer patients.

Chemical products (ammonia): all-purpose cleaners, disinfectants, drain cleaners,
hair Perms, and ammonia gas.
Chemical products (chlorine): chlorine bleach (strong acid), scouring powders, and chlorine gas.
Chlorine fumes inflame the heart and lungs. And cause headache… pain and swelling of the brain.

Outdoor chemical products: Insecticides, pesticides, herbicides and algaecide.
These chemical products are estrogenic, and carcinogen like steroids.
Swimming pool chemicals: chlorine and algaecide.

Chemical agents in air machines [air conditioners, air purifiers, dehumidifiers]:
anti-bacterial chemicals, and algaecide. These chemicals are toxic and carcinogen.
Contain man-made hormones (estrogen), and cause cancer like steroids.

The use of algaecide in air conditioners was banned in 2007. By Canada US and European countries.
But many people still have old air conditioners in their homes and cars. They are unsafe, and should be discarded.
Air conditioners manufactured prior to 2007. Contain algaecide, could be classified as a herbicide. It makes the air stuffy, and your nose can get stuffed up. Burns throat and lungs. Algaecide inflames the heart and lungs. Causes swelling of the lungs, and you cant breathe.
On CTV News (Sept 2004): Doctors in Toronto Canada stated ER patients had swollen lungs, and were unable to breathe. They called it the September phenomenom.
And, CTV News (Spring 2005): Canadian soldiers in Afghanistan had lung problems.
Healthy young men with no history of asthma, had swollen lungs and difficulty breathing. It was caused by algaecide fumes from the air conditioners.
At the tent city in Kabul.

Flame retardants in electronic equipment: radios, CD players, TVs and computers.
Manufactured prior to 2007.
These estrogenic-chemicals are carcinogen. Cause cancer, and increase cancer.
It makes the air stuffy, and less breathabke. It can cause inflammmation of the heart and lungs.
Those with old TVs and computers should make sure that their homes
are well ventilated, to prevent a build-up of fumes.
Those with chronic diseases (heart and lung disease, diabetes, Parkinsons, cancer etc) and those that want to protect their health could consider the purchase of new electronic machines: radios CDplayers TVs and computers.

For health, everyone needs a home that is chemical-free. And especially
those with chronic illness.

NB – Vinegar can be used as a cleaning product. And you should only use vinegar
that is stored in glass bottles.

Vinegar sold in plastic bottles and jugs is unsafe. Acetic acid dissolves plastic,
and leachs chemicals from the plastic. The vinegar is toxic, and creates toxic fumes.
It is carcinogen: contains estrogenic chemicals.

Medicinal Uses of Cocoa Friday, Apr 2 2010

Cocoa is an alkaline food. When used after meals and snacks,
restores acid-alkaline balance, and therefore, protects the heart and other organs.
Coccoa contains protein carbohydrates fatty acids, vitamins and minerals.
Nutritious, and is used as an energy food. And it improves health.

MEDICINAL PROPERTIES: for coughs and colds, for inflammation, for immune function,
for spleen and digestive tract, for brain function, and for nutritiion.
Blood thinner like aspirin: prevents formation of blood clots.
For circulation, and for blood vessels. Anti-plaque, and anti-cancer.
For acidity: can be used like an anti-acid. Protects the heart from acidic foods.
May help to prevent chronic illnesses such as cancer, heart disease and stroke.

Cocoa stops the bad effects of coffee. Cocoa neutralizes the acidity of coffee,
and other acidic foods and spices. Protects the heart from the acids that irritate
the heart, and increase heartrate.
The acidity of coffee bothers the heart, not the caffeine. Cocoa and tea also
contain caffeine. And, they do not increase heartrate.

FOR WEAK AND INFLAMED HEARTS: Coffee can cause increased heartrate and dizziness, and an increase of BP blood pressure. Cocoa taken after coffee,
decreases heartrate and lowers blood pressure.
When coffee causes heart symptoms, it means that you could have an inflamed heart. And you need a piece of dark chocolate, to reduce the acidity of the coffee.

When your heart is very weak, coffee can be used to strengthen the heart: to increase heartrate. Then, use cocoa to decrease heartrate. And the heart remains stable.

Dose of coffee: 1/4-1/2 tsp of instant coffee. In 1/2 cup of warm water. Can be enough for a slow heart.

Dose of cocoa: 1 piece of dark chocolate
Dose: 1 tsp of pure cocoa. Dissolved in 1/2 cup of warm water. Stir and drink it down, like medecine.

NB – The best time to have chocolate is after meals and snacks/drinks.
And before bed. It should be the last thing you eat at the end of the day.
Cocoa reduces the acidity of the blood. And reduces heartrate.
It makes the blood alkaline, and the heart brain and other organs are at rest.

Vinegar – all types Thursday, Apr 1 2010

Vinegar may not be good for health. It causes inflammation. And, it can
cause tissue and organ damage.

Vinegar has been consumed for more than 2000 years, but, like alcohol, it could be unsafe. Health warnings about alcohol; perhaps, should include warnings about vinegar.
Vinegar is a preservative, and it has not been proven safe.

Vinegar (acetic acid) is made from fermented alcohol. And it is stronger than alcohol.
Vinegar dissolves skin layers on contact, and destroys cells. Therefore, it may cause tissue and organ damage. When you eat or drink vinegar, it shocks the brain (causes vinegar shock) and it increases heartrate. The blood flowing through the heart is too acidic, and it bothers the heart.

Vinegar may destroy bacteria, but it also destroys cells. Acetic acid is too harsh.
It harms the heart, liver, brain and other organs.
Vinegar should not be ingested daily. Safer to use antibacterial spices and yogourt (probiotics) to reduce bacteria in the body.

Vinegar is found in processed foods, condiments and preserves.
Pickles, pickled eggs, sauerkraut and ketchup mustard mayonaise and salad dressings.
Vinegar preserves food. It turns cucumbers into pickles. No one needs pickled organs.
Acetic acid should not be eaten frequently, best to avoid it.

Vinegar causes discomfort. It inflames and irritates organs. It does not make you feel better.
Those with heart disease should try to avoid vinegar, because it inflames and weakens the heart. After a heart attack, it can stop the heart. Can cause heart failure.

After eating vinegar, one often eats something that contains soda and baking powder (crackers biscuit cookies cake muffins). Vinegar + soda causes a chemical reaction in the blood and tissues. It causes heart damage. Those with heart disease, and other diseases, should try to avoid vinegar and soda.

Vinegar and soda are cleaning products. And do not belong in our bloodstream.
Vinegar does not sustain life. That means that we can live without it.

NB – Vinegar is not safe for the sick and elderly. And is not recommended for cardiac patients.

NB2 – Vinegar sold in plastic bottles and jugs is unsafe. Acetic acid dissolves plastic,
and leachs chemicals from the plastic. The vinegar is toxic and creates toxic fumes.

Plastic contains petroleum products and hormones (estrogen), and causes cancer. It is carcinogen, like growth hormones (steroids). An overdose of estrogen can initiate cancer
and increase growth of tumours.

For cleaning – use vinegar sold in glass bottles. White vinegar or apple cider vinegar.
And you need to ventilate. Inhaling vinegar can make your blood too acidic.
It bothers the heart and inceases heartrate.

NB3 – The safest cleaning product is soap – Pears glycerin soap. Can be used
to clean sinks and counters, and floors.
Great for laundry: can make a soap solution with Pears Soap. Dissolve some soap
in a bowl of warm water, and pour it into the washing machine.
Also good for hand-washing clothes. Recommended for fine fabrics.
Soap is non-toxic. There is no detergent fumes, and does not irritate the skin.

Pears Soap is also good for showers and baths. Leaves no soap residue.
And, to get that clean feeling you don’t need a lot of suds.

Pears Soap 2010 (new recipe) is a great shampoo bar.

Coffee and Cocoa Friday, Mar 19 2010

Information about coffee and cocoa:
Coffee is acidic… and cocoa neutralizes the acidity of coffee.

COFFEE is good for health. It can stop headaches and prevent disease.
Coffee contains caffeic acid and chlorogenic acid. And it neutralizes
chemicals in the blood: chemicals that cause disease.
Relieves headaches caused by alkaline chemicals (detergents ammonia etc).
Coffee neutralizes airborne chemicals that can inflame the heart lungs and other organs.
Also, black coffee after a cigarette could protect the heart from the alkaline
chemical additives in tobacco.

For medicinal use, it is best to use black coffee. Because milk and sugar reduce the acidity of coffee. After 10-15 minutes, you can use cocoa or chocolate to reduce the acidity of blood.

COCOA and chocolate can be used after meals and snacks. To neutralize acidic foods, like an anti-acid. After acidic foods: such as Apples Cranberries Citrus fruits
citric acid Tomatoes Black pepper Spices Coffee and alcohol. Except vinegar.
Cocoa neutralizes the acidity of alcohol. And may prevent liver damage. It also protects the heart and other organs.

The coffee bean (acidic) and the cocoa bean (alkaline) are like opposite twins.
Cocoa cancels the acidity of coffee. Chocolate can be used after coffee,
to stop the bad effects of coffee. When you have the jitters, it means
that your blood is too acidic. And chocolate is the best cure.

“The jitters could be a sign of internal inflammation… inflammation of tissue and organs caused by airborne chemicals. Therefore, the body is less able to tolerate the acidity of coffee and other foods.”

Cocoa is the only food that neutralizes the acidity of coffee.
And other acidic foods and spices. And, oat milk can be used after chocolate,
to further reduce the acidity of the blood.

TIP FOR COFFEE LOVERS: After coffee, have a piece of dark chocolate. And have chocolate
or hot chocolate before bed. Cocoa is alkaline, and it neutralizes the acidity of coffee. It stops and prevents the jitters. You remain alert and feel calm. The jitters is caused by the acids in coffee, not the caffeine.

You can have coffee anytime, at any hour of the day or night. Have dark chocolate before bed, and you sleep like a baby.
