Information about coffee and cocoa:
Coffee is acidic… and cocoa neutralizes the acidity of coffee.

COFFEE is good for health. It can stop headaches and prevent disease.
Coffee contains caffeic acid and chlorogenic acid. And it neutralizes
chemicals in the blood: chemicals that cause disease.
Relieves headaches caused by alkaline chemicals (detergents ammonia etc).
Coffee neutralizes airborne chemicals that can inflame the heart lungs and other organs.
Also, black coffee after a cigarette could protect the heart from the alkaline
chemical additives in tobacco.

For medicinal use, it is best to use black coffee. Because milk and sugar reduce the acidity of coffee. After 10-15 minutes, you can use cocoa or chocolate to reduce the acidity of blood.

COCOA and chocolate can be used after meals and snacks. To neutralize acidic foods, like an anti-acid. After acidic foods: such as Apples Cranberries Citrus fruits
citric acid Tomatoes Black pepper Spices Coffee and alcohol. Except vinegar.
Cocoa neutralizes the acidity of alcohol. And may prevent liver damage. It also protects the heart and other organs.

The coffee bean (acidic) and the cocoa bean (alkaline) are like opposite twins.
Cocoa cancels the acidity of coffee. Chocolate can be used after coffee,
to stop the bad effects of coffee. When you have the jitters, it means
that your blood is too acidic. And chocolate is the best cure.

“The jitters could be a sign of internal inflammation… inflammation of tissue and organs caused by airborne chemicals. Therefore, the body is less able to tolerate the acidity of coffee and other foods.”

Cocoa is the only food that neutralizes the acidity of coffee.
And other acidic foods and spices. And, oat milk can be used after chocolate,
to further reduce the acidity of the blood.

TIP FOR COFFEE LOVERS: After coffee, have a piece of dark chocolate. And have chocolate
or hot chocolate before bed. Cocoa is alkaline, and it neutralizes the acidity of coffee. It stops and prevents the jitters. You remain alert and feel calm. The jitters is caused by the acids in coffee, not the caffeine.

You can have coffee anytime, at any hour of the day or night. Have dark chocolate before bed, and you sleep like a baby.

For optimal health: Vitamins minerals and trace elements.
Amino acids (protein) and gelatin. Complex carbohydrates and fatty acids.

Vitamins minerals and trace elements: found mostly in fruits and vegetables

Extra protein at each meal: for athletes… and for the sick and injured.

HONEY has long been considered to be a miracle food. And has been used medicinally for thousands of years. Honey improves health, and increases longevity.

Honey is a complete food. It contains all the nutrients needed to sustain life.
Enriches the blood: a complete blood building food.

MEDICINAL PROPERTIES: anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial, antiseptic
anti-cancer, coagulant and nervine.
For brain and nerves. Improves CNS function.
For sore throat. For coughs and colds. For infections. Increases immune function.
For stomach pain and ulcers.
For tooth pain. For tooth infections. Can use honey, instead of an antibiotic.
Eat honey 2-3X per day. Use twice daily… and see a dentist.

For pain and inflammation of tissue and organs. For inflamed heart and lungs.
For infections, internal and external. Decreases microbes within the body.
For scratches and rashes. For wounds and burns.

Honey is anti-inflammatory. And anti-inflammatory drugs are not necessary.

The best treatment for sprains is honey.

Instructions: Cool burned area with cold water. Dry, and apply beeswax.

Seaweed gelatin from Irish Moss (red algae): agar and carrageenan

Medicinal properties:
Anti-oxidant, anti-cancer and anti-tumour, anti-wrinkle and anti-aging.
Pain reliever and anti-inflammatory. For pain and inflammation. Good for headaches.
Increases immune function, and increases production of RBC. Good for anemia and leukemia.
Increases stem cell production. Repairs tissue and organ damage. Recommended for brain damage and spinal cord damage. And also good for bone and joint damage.
Seaweed gelatin may also improve vision.

Seaweed gelatin (agar) increases growth of stem cells. Increases stem cell production. And regenerates tissue and organs. Useful in the treatment of all diseases and injuries, including heart disease, cancer, Alzheimers and Parkinsons disease. Repairs heart damage, and repairs cancer damage. Increases immune function, and increases the growth of normal cells (not cancer cells). Helps to reduce cancer, and restore health. Emaciated cancer patients return to normal weight, and feel strong and healthy again.

Agar is good for the treatment of estrogen-dependent cancers: breast cancer,

Dose: 1 serving of Agar per day… for 6-8 weeks. Agar Jelly made with dried agar.

To maintain health: can use agar every 2nd day (3-4x per week)

Gelatin works better when used 1/2 hour before meal or 2 hours after meal.

Contraindications:
1. Do not use agar when you have a cold or flu. And, any bacterial infections should be treated, before the use of agar. Because it also increases the growth of microbes, and makes you feel sicker.

2. When you have sprains or old injuries, best time to use agar: 2 hours after supper or evening meal. And avoid strenuous activity for 3-4 months. For hip and knee injuries… no running and jumping for a few months… until the new cells mature and new tissue becomes stronger.

Good for sprains and joint damage: agar repairs ligament cartilage and tendon damage. Works better than glucosamines.
After treatment with agar, no longer need hip and knee replacements.
Also good for neck and back injuries… for soft tissue injuries… and for disc damage.

Agar gelatin is good for skin hair and nails. Repairs skin damage… sun damage and chemical damage. Repairs skin damage, and can make you look 10-20 years younger. It is the best anti-aging food.

Seaweed gelatin is a super gelatin. It is more substantial than animal gelatin, and it works better. Agar improves and maintains health, and increases longevity.
