Natural heart care: to prevent and reverse heart disease, without the use of Rx drugs.
Whole foods and gelatin. And seaweed gelatin (agar and carrageenan)… found in ice-cream yogourt canned milk and Ensure meal replacements .
Use natural foods, and organic foods. And less processed foods.
Try to avoid food additives (chemical additives), sulphites in dried fruit, nitrites in meats, meat tenderizers (sodium phosphates) and bread tenderizers (soft breads).
Avoid hydrogenated oils in margarine, shortening, peanut butter and
in processed foods.
NATURAL HEART REMEDIES
For plaque in arteries: use Aged garlic extract [Kyolic brand]. For 2-3 weeks.
In most cases, by-pass surgery is not necessary.
For inflamed and enlarged heart: Hawthorn tea and Slippery Elm.
And Honey 2-3x per day.
After meals and snacks/drinks. And before bed. Use cocoa or chocolate, and
oatmilk or raw oatmeal.
For irregular heartbeat: Peppermint-Basil-peanut-and-cocoa.
Peppermint can revive the heart, like smelling salts.
Peppermint essential oil (short sniff), then sniff Basil essential oil.
Then, eat 1-2 unsalted peanuts, and
then eat 1 piece of dark chocolate. And the heart remains stable.
Another remedy: Red pepper flakes and cocoa. Short sniff of Red Pepper (cayenne).
Then have some chocolate, to decrease heart rate.
TO REGULATE HEART RATE: Coffee and cocoa.
Use coffee first. And, then use cocoa, to decrease heart rate.
Dose of coffee: 1 tsp instant coffee (measuring spoon). In 1/2 cup of warm water.
Dose of cocoa: 1 tsp of pure cocoa. In 1/2 cup of warm water. Stir and drink it down,
like medicine. Or, 1 piece of Dark chocolate.
Also good for cramped heart; a cramp in the heart: coffee and cocoa (as above).
But 1/4-1/2 tsp of coffee may be enough.
The coffee increases heart rate, and de-cramps the heart muscle. And then use cocoa
to slow the heart. And the heart remains stable.
HEART CARE, after heart failure: Bland diet, with no spices. Like hospital food.
No acidic food. No soft drinks and fruit juices. No alcoholic drinks. No vinegar
and no soda/baking powder. And, no chemical additives.
Avoid foods that contain DE digestive enzymes: pineapple-papaya-mango-mange-citrus fruits-strawberries-kiwi-grapes-ginger-mustard-coriander-aloe vera-etc.
When the heart is very weak, Pineapple Juice can cause heart failure.
Also avoid shampoos lotions and perfumes that contain the above foods (plant extracts).
Avoid soft drinks and fruit juices. Including apple juice: contains ascorbic acid and citric acid. Concentrated vitamin C is too strong for a weak heart.
If you make a mistake, the problem can be corrected with chocolate. Cocoa neutralizes ascorbic acid and citric acid.
After 2 weeks, a fresh apple is OK. A mild variety like Delicious (less acidic).
Followed by chocolate. Or aged cheddar cheese to decrease the acidity of the blood.
Salty food should be followed by 1 tsp of sugar or Honey, to neutralize the salt.
That is probably the reason why we need a sweet desert, after salty meals.
AIRBORNE CHEMICALS cause inflammation of the heart and lungs. Chemical burn causes
heart tissue damage. Chemicals cause heart pain. See category Chemical World.
Heart patients need to avoid airborne chemicals… especially industrial cleaning products (54% ammonia), disinfectants, chlorine bleach, scouring powders with chlorine (acid), drain cleaners, hair perms, paint fumes and diesel fumes.
And, we all need to avoid ADR adverse drug reactions, with Rx drugs antibiotics
and ibuprofen. Chemical reactions within the body, can cause severe heart damage
and kidney damage. And the whole body becomes chemical sensitive: all tissue and organs.
FOOD-DRUG INTERACTIONS: When using antibiotics and ibuprofen, avoid foods with DE digestive enzymes (see list of fruits above). Also, avoid Lact-Aid lactase invertase and digestive enzyme supplements. And, avoid chemical tenderizers (sodium phosphates) in processed meat and fish, bread, soups and broths, processed foods and snack foods.
Naturopaths can provide information about the cause of ADR adverse drug reactions. A naturopath said aloe vera reacts with Rx drugs.
The only antibiotics that do not react with chemicals in food are the penicillins and amoxicillin.
PLEASE NOTE: Before the use of the above heart remedies, consult a medical doctor.
Some doctors prescribe natural remedies. Naturopathy, TCM Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurvedic Medicine can also be useful.
