Vitamins minerals and trace elements: found mostly in fruits and vegetables

Extra protein at each meal: for athletes… and for the sick and injured.

Gelatin daily: animal source – organic Soups broths gravy Jello. Meat and fish.
plant source – oats barley potatoes dates and flaxseeds. Grains beans and legumes.

Seaweed gelatin – agar and carrageenan. Can be used 3-4x per week.

Fats at each meal: 2 tsp organic Canola oil… and 1 tsp Olive oil.
Contains all the essential fatty acids. Can be used unheated… added at the table.
Add to oatmeal and dry cereal. Pancakes omelets and quiche.
Add to soups, sandwiches and salads. Stews, casseroles, pasta and pizza.

NB – The secret ingredient in chicken soup is gelatin. When you’re sick and weak,
it makes you feel better. Gelatin increases immune function, and improves health.

NB2 – Dates and almonds. Great snack… and feels like a meal. Also, dates and peanuts.
